will.i.am has another notch to add to his belt, co-starring in the #1 film at the box office, X-Men Origins: Wolverine ($87 million opening weekend). This isn’t the first #1 for The Black Eyed Peas emcees/producer-turned movie star. He also had a #1 opening weekend co-starring in Madagascar: Escape to Africa late last year.
I thought Will did a pretty good job in Wolverine, playing the role of John Wraith, part of Weapon X and possessing the powers of teleportation. He played a vital role in the plot of the film and gave his character a solid foundation. I think it’s safe to say that we’ll continue to see more of him in films in the future.

I’m not a movie buff…but i will go check out the new X-Men movie. Its nice to Will exploring other talents!
