Eminem, Bruno and MTV Movie Awards

I’m sure you’ve seen, or at least heard about the incident at last night’s MTV Movie Awards Show between Eminem and Bruno, Sasha Baron Cohen’s Austrian gay model character from the upcoming film of the same name. If you haven’t, here’s a brief rundown.

Bruno was being flown out (wings and all) over the crowd on a rope in the rafters to present an award. There was a malfunction and he had to be lowered down into the audience. Well, he just happened to land on Eminem, and in a very compromising position. Oh yeah, let’s just say the Bruno’s cheeks were not exactly covered. Needless to say, a brief exchange ensued between Em’s crew D12 and an upside down hanging Cohen, then Eminem stormed out of the arena.

Was it real or was it an elaborate set up? Brunois a new film coming out this summer so of course Cohen wants to publicize it. But I find it hard to believe that Eminem would willingly participate in a stunt like that, unless it is to help him sell more records (as if needs help). If you haven’t seen it, I’m sure you can find it on youtube or some innynet video site. What do you think? Real or Staged?

Was the Bruno/Eminem Stunt real or staged?
